Yikes!!!! It's Monday and I'm just about
to walk out the door heading to lunch with a friend. I'm wearing my jeans, a sweater and a pair of sneakers. I
grab my bag and it's the dressy black bag I took to church yesterday. It doesn't even have everything I need in it. It's so
much hassle to change it out and I'm already running a little late. I have the cutest denim handbag that looks great
with jeans..now do I risk taking the time to change it and gather the rest of my things and then being late or do I risk not
having what I need with me (not to mention carrying a dressy bag with my jeans! so tacky) ?
Also, I think of the frustration of digging around for a pen or a lipstick
or anything that landed in the bottom of my purse?
This scenario was happening all too often so I started thinking about
a way to keep my bag organized and easy to change. For years I had been looking for something that would work and
never found it. I decided I'd just have to do it myself. "Necessity is the mother of invention." Then I decided I probably
wasn't the only woman that could use something like this. Especially with all the good lookin' handbags around these days.
All of 2003 I worked and worked on a design through trial and error. I finally came
up with the Chameleontm. It has all the pockets I needed and I found a very durable,
light weight, washable fabric. I started making it in khaki and charcoal only. A fun loving friend of
mine said, "Add some colors, women love colors;. even though they're inside your bag it's more fun." Fortunately the
fabric comes in several colors so I did.
The Chameleontm was born. I named it
that because it can change quickly from one bag to another to match your outfit just as a chameleon changes colors to
match it's surroundings.
I know it will make this one little area of your life easier and I hope
you will be one of my many satisfied customers.
Thank you so much for checking it out. I'm sure you'll want to "keep a Chameleon
in your purse".
